Determining Excellence
TPT will facilitate the Business Excellence diagnostic in the following way; each member of your management team will complete the diagnostic independently using the Determining Excellence Excel Workbook and return them to TPT to correlate the scores onto the collective workbook in preparation for the consensus review.
Manufacturing Excellence
The Manufacturing Excellence diagnostic will be conducted using the A|D|S recognised approach for Manufacturing Excellence using the SC21 Manufacturing Excellence Assessment Guideline.
