What is the Business Excellence Diagnostic?
The Business Excellence Diagnostic will be conducted using the A|D|S recognised approach for determining excellence using the EFQM Determining Excellence Booklet. Covering the following criterion:
- Leadership
- People
- Strategy
- Partnerships & Resources
- Processes, Products & Services
- People Results
- Customer Results
- Society Results
- Key Results
How Can TPT Help?
TPT will facilitate the business excellence diagnostic in the following way; each member of your management team will complete the diagnostic independently using the Determining Excellence Excel Workbook and return them to TPT to correlate the scores onto the collective workbook in preparation for the consensus review.
The outputs from the consensus review will be the “Score” but most importantly the “Opportunities for Improvement” that will be considered for inclusion in the CSIP’s. Instructions for the completion of the workbook will be given during the Bus Ex, Man Ex and CSIP’s Overview.
The CSIP’s is developed from the diagnostic process and the inputs from this process are the opportunities derived from diagnostics phase.
